Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to join our Property Services team at L&Q. As a key member of our Communications Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our Property Services directorate and contributing to the success of our £3bn investment drive to improve the quality, safety, and environmental efficiency of our residents' homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the link between Property Services and our Communications Department, providing strategic communications support and advice to senior management.
  • Develop and implement internal, external, and resident-facing communications plans to generate positive publicity for L&Q.
  • Work closely with our senior management team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for communications and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to develop and deliver engaging multi-channel communications campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality written content, including press releases, social media posts, and other communications materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in communications roles, with a strong track record of planning and delivering successful communications campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience of working in a large, complex organization, with a strong understanding of the importance of effective communications in driving business success.
  • Knowledge of the housing sector and L&Q's business operations, with a passion for contributing to the organization's social purpose.
