About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to join our Property Services directorate. As a key member of our Communications Team, you will provide strategic communications support to our senior management team and act as a trusted advisor on all communications matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective internal and external communications strategies to promote our £3bn investment drive and social value commitment.
  • Collaborate with our 35-strong Communications Department to deliver engaging multi-channel communications that generate positive publicity for L&Q.
  • Provide proactive planning and coordination of internal, external, and resident-facing communications.
  • Work closely with our senior management team to develop and maintain a strong corporate reputation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in communications roles, combining strategic planning and tactical delivery.
  • Broad-based communications skills and capabilities, with a proven track record of successfully using external, internal, and resident-facing channels and approaches.
  • Experience of working in a large, complex, fast-paced organisation.
  • High-quality written English.
