Job Title: Communications Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to join our Property Services directorate. As a key member of our Communications Team, you will provide strategic communications support to our senior management team and act as a trusted advisor on all communications matters.

About the Role

This is a vital role at the heart of our business, requiring a strong understanding of our organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement effective communications strategies that drive positive publicity for L&Q.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communications strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Provide strategic communications advice to our senior management team
  • Act as a link between Property Services and our Communications Department
  • Lead proactive planning and coordination of internal, external, and resident-facing communications
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to develop and deliver engaging communications
Requirements
  • Background/experience in similar communications roles combining strategic planning and tactical delivery
  • Broad-based communications skills and capabilities, with a proven track record of successfully using external, internal, and resident-facing channels and approaches
  • Experience of working in a similarly large/complex/fast-paced organization
  • Experience of/enthusiasm about/interest in working in the housing sector and/or L&Q specifically
  • High-quality written English
