About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to join our Property Services directorate. As a key member of our Communications Team, you will provide strategic communications support to our senior management team and act as a trusted advisor on all communications matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to engage residents, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan and deliver internal and external communications, including press releases, social media, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide high-quality written content, including press releases, articles, and social media posts.
  • Work closely with our 35-strong Communications Department to ensure seamless communication across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, community groups, and local authorities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in communications, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong understanding of communications principles, including stakeholder engagement, media relations, and crisis communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
