Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communications strategies to support the Property Services directorate
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and deliver internal, external, and resident-facing communications
  • Provide communications support to the Property Services directorate, including writing and editing copy, developing collateral, and coordinating communications campaigns
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Communications Department to ensure consistency and alignment in our communications
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communications roles, with a focus on strategic planning and tactical delivery
  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to develop and deliver effective internal, external, and resident-facing communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and edit copy for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering results
  • Knowledge of the housing sector and L&Q's business, with a passion for delivering high-quality communications that support our social purpose
