We are seeking an experienced MI Manager to join our team at Universities Superannuation Scheme. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive MI strategy that supports business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a range of MI reports and dashboards to support business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify MI requirements and develop solutions
- Design and implement data visualisation tools to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Work closely with the Finance Business Intelligence Manager to ensure alignment with centrally produced Group Services / Group Functions MI
- Develop and maintain relationships with MI providers across the Group to ensure effective coordination of distributed MI production
- Investigate and recommend implementation of Business Intelligence / MI best practice
- Develop own and other team members' skillsets to reduce single points of failure in the FP&A team
We are looking for an experienced MI Manager with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing MI solutions that drive business value. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in assessing MI requirements across complex businesses, delivering improvements leading to more holistic and integrated reporting frameworks
- Experience in developing Business Intelligence / MI toolsets, including PowerBI
- Recognised qualification(s) in data analysis and/or Business Intelligence/MI toolset development
