About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to make a meaningful and valued contribution to the Universities Superannuation Scheme as a MI Manager.

As a trusted part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for undertaking an end-to-end review of MI and related assurance information across Group Services and other Group Functions, identifying opportunities to improve insight and the efficiency and effectiveness of MI production.

You will also assess the use of business intelligence and MI toolsets in use across Group Services and other Group functions, recommending opportunities to improve utilisation of existing technology.

Additionally, you will build and deliver Group Services MI as part of an agreed MI framework, providing appropriate commentary, trend/variance analysis and exception-based reporting as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in assessing MI requirements across complex businesses, delivering improvements leading to more holistic and integrated reporting frameworks.

You will also have experience in developing Business Intelligence / MI toolsets, including PowerBI, and recognised qualifications in data analysis and/or Business Intelligence/MI toolset development.
