About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Lead to join our Entitlement Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new service offerings that meet market needs through close liaison with the Entitlement Services Account Management Team and our customer community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a solid knowledge of local and central government services. You will be a strong influencer, able to read your audience, and take a delivery-focused approach in all you do. Additionally, you will be able to lead and motivate internal project teams, clients, third parties, and any other applicable project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Take the lead on the development of Entitlement Services' new service offerings
* Work closely with the Entitlement Services Account Management Team and our customer community to identify market needs
* Assist in the architecture of new services and project manage them into a live environment
* Enhance existing services through bolt-on opportunities
* Streamline existing processes and maximize gross margin and revenue

Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Solid knowledge of local and central government services
* Strong influencer with ability to read audience
* Delivery-focused approach in all work
* Ability to lead and motivate internal project teams, clients, third parties, and any other applicable project stakeholders
* Financial fluency to develop cost models in line with Entitlement Services' costs of delivery

Salary and Location
The estimated annual salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000, depending on experience, plus benefits. The role is based in the UK, with regular travel required throughout the country.
