Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Proposition Lead to join our Entitlement Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new service propositions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of local and central government services and be able to lead and motivate internal project teams, clients, and third parties. You will also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work in a commercially astute way and make considered decisions based on an understanding of the facts and commercial perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new service propositions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate internal project teams, clients, and third parties to deliver high-quality service propositions.
  • Work closely with the Entitlement Services Account Management Team and customer community to understand customer needs and develop service propositions that meet those needs.
  • Assist in the architecture of new services and project manage them into a live environment.
  • Enhance existing services through bolt-on opportunities and work with the Blue Team to streamline existing processes and maximise gross margin and revenue.
  • Take the lead on all Entitlement Services marketing communications and work closely with the NEC Marketing Team to produce marketing collateral to showcase new services.
  • Head up internal staff communications and work closely with the Lead Programme Manager and Product Manager to deliver high-quality presentations and deliver these to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of local and central government services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate internal project teams, clients, and third parties.
  • Ability to work in a commercially astute way and make considered decisions based on an understanding of the facts and commercial perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of financial fluency to develop cost models in line with Entitlement Services' costs of delivery.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies, implementing robust risk mitigation, control, and evaluation processes.
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK.
