We are seeking an experienced Junior Sister to join our Oncology Unit at The Christie Private Care, a leading private hospital in Manchester. As a Junior Sister, you will be responsible for providing high standards of specialist care to patients with cancer, working alongside an experienced nursing team.

\

The role involves assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care, as well as being an advocate for the patient's medical, physical, and emotional needs. You will have the opportunity to build a career at the forefront of cancer care, with access to groundbreaking treatments currently not licensed on the NHS.

\

As a Junior Sister, you will have more autonomy day-to-day, with control over assessment and treatment decisions. You will also have the support to develop your career into Sister or Matron roles, with regular development sessions and funded courses, including masters-level qualifications.

\

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday per year, private healthcare insurance, and a range of flexible benefits.
