We are a dynamic and innovative education recruitment agency, committed to providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Academic Support Staff.
**Job Description:
- Provide academic support to students in a primary school setting, working closely with teachers to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Assist students with SEN in a supportive and inclusive manner, using a variety of strategies to engage and motivate them.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting children in a KS1 or KS2 setting.
- Clear understanding of the National Curriculum and its application in a primary school context.
- Strong behaviour management skills, with the ability to work effectively with challenging students.
- Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to undergo one.
**Estimated Salary Range:** £21,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
