Education Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced counsellor for students to join our dedicated team of professionals who provide support and guidance to our students. As a counsellor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to identify and address the emotional, social, and academic needs of our students.
You will be responsible for delivering individual and group counselling sessions, providing crisis intervention, and developing and implementing strategies to promote student well-being. You will also contribute to the development of the college's Safeguarding and Wellbeing policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
