Academic Support Assistant

Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of an Academic Support Assistant at one of our Primary Schools.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will provide general classroom support and one-on-one assistance, adapting to different Key Stages from KS1 to KS4.
Responsibilities:- Support students in KS1 & 2 by facilitating their learning process.
- Assist students at all levels within the school environment, promoting academic growth and development.
- Provide additional support to students with SEN (a desirable trait).
- Experience supporting in KS1 & 2, with a passion for making a positive impact.
- Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers and students.
- Desirable: experience working with children who require special educational needs support.
- A supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.

- An enhanced DBS check as part of our commitment to safeguarding.
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping young minds.
