Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of an Academic Support Assistant at one of our Primary Schools.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will provide general classroom support and one-on-one assistance, adapting to different Key Stages from KS1 to KS4.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students in KS1 & 2 by facilitating their learning process.
  • Assist students at all levels within the school environment, promoting academic growth and development.
  • Provide additional support to students with SEN (a desirable trait).
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting in KS1 & 2, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers and students.
  • Desirable: experience working with children who require special educational needs support.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping young minds.
