**Job Overview:**

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in general classroom support roles or providing one-on-one assistance, often at short notice. We strive to pre-book and give notice whenever possible, but adaptability and flexibility are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support students in KS1-4 classrooms, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Work closely with children who require additional support, sometimes on an individual basis.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting students in KS1-2 settings is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students of all levels within the school environment is essential.
  • Experience working with children with SEN is a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
