Royal Lancaster London Hotel - Permanent Night Receptionist Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Night Receptionist (Night Guest Service Agent) to join our Front Office team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Night Receptionist (Night Guest Service Agent), you will be the face of the hotel, fostering a welcoming environment at the Front Office and consistently delivering exceptional hospitality to internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster an environment at the Front Office where hospitality is delivered consistently for internal and external customers.
  • Complete the relevant Night Auditor tasks as laid down by departmental standards.
  • Receive customer complaints and ensure complete satisfaction through appropriate service recovery with a view to obtaining future loyalty.
  • Keep fully informed of forecasted business levels and support the Assistant Night Manager and Night Manager accordingly.
  • Monitor and control rooms inventory to ensure overbooking levels are maximized.
  • Assist in other areas of Front of House and other departments as required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
