About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Systems Engineer to join our team at Alarm Communications Limited. As a Fire Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and commissioning fire systems for our clients in and around London and surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair fire systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Install and commission new fire systems, including Advanced, Notifier, Morley, and Gent systems.
  • Work with our established team to ensure that all fire systems are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Service Coordinators, and Customer Service Managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Trainee Engineers and other team members.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
  • Electrically competent, with the ability to carry out safe isolations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Experience with installing, commissioning, and maintaining fire systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • A passion for continuing to learn and develop skills.
  • A full, UK driver's license is mandatory.
