About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair fire and security systems in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Respond to service calls and provide technical support to clients.
  • Plan and execute routine and reactive maintenance visits to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
About Our Systems

We work with a range of fire and security systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, Paxton, PAC, and Salto.

Requirements
  • Technical background in electrical or electronic engineering.
  • Good knowledge of fire and security systems and their applications.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
