We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Perinatal Mental Health Nurse to join our specialist team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with women, their infants, and families who are at risk of or experiencing severe and complex perinatal mental health conditions.
Main Duties- Work with mothers, their infants, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide psychoeducation, coping strategies, and relapse prevention plans to support women in managing their mental health challenges.
- Liaise with family members, carers, and significant others to ensure comprehensive support and coordination of care.
- Collaborate with the wider treatment team, including Nursery Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists, to provide holistic care.
- Travel independently around the county to meet with clients, adhering to strict time deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
