Job Description

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Ensuring that each resident receives one-to-one time and attention
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents

You will work a variable shift pattern, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, to provide cover as and when needed. We offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and plenty of opportunities for learning and development.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
