About the Organisation

Waythrough is a national group of charities highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence.

We merged with Humankind in June 2024 to form a single organisation providing joined-up mental health, housing and drug and alcohol support.

This role requires a caring and compassionate nature, empathy and enthusiasm for helping others.

Full training will be provided, and NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care is an advantage.

The estimated salary range for this position is £23,000 - £28,000 per annum.
