About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team at Gregory House in Workington.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive difference in the lives of others, working as part of a supportive and friendly team.

Your main responsibility will be to provide care and support to individuals with mental health conditions, helping them achieve their recovery goals and lead fulfilling lives.

You will be involved in daily activities such as ward rounds, behaviour analysis, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support.

As a Care Support Associate, you will work closely with colleagues to adapt care plans and ensure individuals receive the best possible care.

The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends. You must be able to commit to this schedule.
