About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Gregory House in Workington. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting independence and choice
