About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Gregory House in Workington. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive care package
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility
  • Monitor and record patient progress, updating records as necessary
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to care planning
