About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Gregory House in Workington. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of care strategies
