About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products and services to customers and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
