This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing excellent customer service to our patients and clients.

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, dynamic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role is for 7.5 hours per week, every Monday from 9am-5pm. Unfortunately, this position does not support the sponsorship of visas, and the individual must be based in the office.

Important Information:

  • NHS Scotland is committed to reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff.
  • This role is subject to the new working hours, and you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period.
