About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tesco Colleague to join our team in Ullapool. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Availability Window

We are looking for someone who is available to work during the following times:

Monday: 08:00 - 14:00

Tuesday: 08:00 - 14:00

Wednesday: 08:00 - 14:00

Your Responsibilities

As a Tesco Colleague, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers
  • Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required
  • Putting into practice the training you have received, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
  • Being knowledgeable about your store's performance, understanding the part you play and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit
