Role Overview
The Duty Manager (Team Leader) is a key role within our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate team efforts to achieve operational excellence and meet customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring a safe and inclusive working environment.
- Monitor and analyze unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Recognize and reward exceptional service, promoting a positive and motivated team culture.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
