The Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the General Manager and AGM in leading the venue operationally and from a people perspective.
- Recruiting, inducting, and evaluating team members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Maximizing trading by improving administration and efficiency, and contributing to the profitability of the venue.
- Delivering a spectacular customer experience by ensuring high standards of communication and service delivery.
