We're expanding our operations in Oxford and are seeking a talented Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue.
The RoleAs a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in leading the venue. Your key responsibilities will include:
People Management- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maximize revenue by optimizing sales and customer service.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of communication.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Address customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
