We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Duty Manager at Hinksey Leisure Centre in Oxford. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the facility, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the facility, including customer service, staff supervision, and operational processes.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality services, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the deployment and supervision of the operational team, ensuring critical operational cover across the site.
- Manage cash handling processes and assist with the preparation of contractual compliance documents.
