The JobWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading the venue's operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- People Management: Identify recruitment needs, advertise, interview, recruit, and induct new team members. Assist the General Manager in ensuring business and personal objectives are implemented and reviewed regularly within the team. Evaluate employee performance and report to the General Manager.
- Maximizing Trading: Improve the administration and efficiency of the venue, ensuring consistently high standards of communication within the company and externally. Contribute to the profitability of the venue by supporting the General Manager.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times. Address any complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Ensure the team serves all products to company and brand specification.
- Competitive base salary + Tronc
