About the Role

The Duty Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility during operating hours, ensuring activities are delivered to a high standard with safety and customer service as top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational team, maintaining critical operational cover across the site
  • Deploy and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality activities
  • Assist the line manager with contractual compliance documents and practices
  • Respond to emergency situations, ensuring the smooth running of site operations

About You
