The Administrative Assistant Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  2. Coordinating internal and external communications, including email, phone, and mail.
  3. Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  4. Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
