About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team at SPEAR, a charity dedicated to supporting homeless individuals in South West London.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with vulnerable populations. They will be responsible for identifying and engaging with rough sleepers, developing personalized plans, and accessing essential services and resources.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.

As a Community Support Specialist, you will work closely with local agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive support and guidance to those in need.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,665 per annum, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
