As a Sales and Service Professional at Dreams Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored advice and recommendations to customers
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by effectively managing stock levels and presenting products in an attractive and appealing way
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driving license (desirable)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Compensation:
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
