Agriculture Area Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Agriculture Area Sales Professional to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales volumes across your region while providing valuable insights to ELGA HQ on market trends and product needs.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires frequent international travel, occasionally with minimal advance notice. When not travelling, you will follow a hybrid work model, splitting your time between remote work and regular in-person visits to ELGA headquarters in Lane End, High Wycombe.
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, private medical insurance, and access to a private GP.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, and familiar with CRM software or similar platforms.
You will play a pivotal role within the ELGA LabWater's sales team, working closely with your colleagues to develop tailored plans for each business unit to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline focused on key accounts, ensuring you hit your quarterly and annual financial goals.
With a successful history in business development and field sales, especially in B2B technical environments, you know how to drive growth. You have a results-oriented mindset, consistently delivering on sales plans and KPIs. You are adaptable and flexible, embracing modern business practices and thriving in a changing landscape.
