Housing Advocacy Specialist

Are you passionate about advocating for social justice in housing? Nationwide Foundation seeks a talented Housing Advocacy Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in policy and public affairs, with strong research and analysis skills. They will be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly. The role involves supporting the delivery of our policy and public affairs work, monitoring the external environment, and identifying opportunities to influence.

In this role, you will work closely with the external affairs manager and programmes team to support the Foundation's stakeholder engagement. You will also prepare briefings for colleagues, manage events, and arrange meetings and roundtables.

As a Housing Advocacy Specialist, you will be employed by Nationwide Building Society and seconded to the Nationwide Foundation on a permanent basis. You will benefit from Nationwide's employment package, including a personal pension, life assurance, and annual performance-related bonus.
