Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support our dynamic team at Rovco. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in driving our growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Follow-Up: Manage Salesforce leads, filter opportunities, and make initial client contact to ensure seamless communication and efficient lead conversion.
- Inbox Management: Oversee Sales@ and Info@ inboxes, directing relevant opportunities to BD/Account Managers to ensure timely responses and effective lead nurturing.
- Portal Management: Maintain and monitor client portal memberships and public tender portals like TED and Negometrix to capture relevant opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prequalification Responses: Collaborate with Finance, HSEQ, and Tendering teams to generate and maintain PQQ responses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Report and Event Support: Assist with board report generation, event planning, and logistics for conferences and client meetings to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
- Salesforce Superuser: Develop reports, measure key metrics, and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce to provide insights and inform business decisions.
- Tender Preparation: Support the Tendering Team with formatting tenders, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Travel Booking: Organize department travel efficiently and cost-effectively, utilizing your expertise to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
- Document Management: Keep the Boilerplate file updated with the latest technical, commercial, and IMS information, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and external agencies, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
- Administrative Support: Provide additional support to Business Unit Directors as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the commercial team and the business as a whole.
- Stakeholder Management: Developing skills in managing various stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to clarify tasks, understand expectations, and meet deadlines, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Time Management: Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn and develop additional technical skills as needed.
- Attitude: A proactive, 'can-do' approach, with a keen willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for tasks and follow them through to completion, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
