- Ensure effective communication with colleagues, service users, and external organizations.
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes to support the team's work.
- Work collaboratively with other administrators and teams to provide a seamless service.
- Exercise judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Experience working in an office or team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software.
- NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
