About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Coordinator to join our team at The Human Support Group Limited. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality community care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing your rota to an impeccable standard, building strong relationships with care workers, and providing exceptional care to our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our care services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
What We Offer

Qualifications and Experience
You will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Working Hours
The role will involve working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with additional on-call duties on a rota basis. You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients and the service.
