Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our team at Hatched Recruitment UK. As a Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our adult social care service, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend safeguarding meetings and minute-take them, both in person and virtually on Microsoft Teams.
  2. Upload and distribute approved minutes.
  3. Arrange venues and attendees for meetings.
  4. Manage safeguarding coordination inbox and prioritize writing up minutes.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Business Support Officer who has a proven track record of working in a business support environment. You will have experience of working with confidential and sensitive information, undertaking research, and providing written and verbal reports of findings. Additionally, you will have experience of working with financial information, solving problems related to payments and billing, and servicing meetings and minute-taking directly onto mobile devices at speed and with accuracy.
