Commercial Opportunities

Copello is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial activities throughout the group.

The ideal candidate will lead all commercial operations, including application and invoice preparation, contract review, and negotiation of final accounts with clients.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a global corporation (Indutrade AB, Sweden) that offers long-term security and opportunities for career progression.

About the Role
  • Manage commercial activities across the group
  • Prepare applications and invoices
  • Review contracts at tender and order stages
  • Negotiate final accounts with clients
  • Monitor contracts against programme and issue delay notices/claims as appropriate
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, preferably with a mechanical bias
  • Financial and numeracy management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
  • Computer literacy with excellent MS suite skills
  • Clear understanding of NEC and other forms of contracts

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
