Senior Business Development Manager

We invite applications for a talented Account Manager to join our Key Accounts Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily servicing and relationship management of large scale third party relationships (TPIs) or several blue chip/Public Sector customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers
• Proactively manage and resolve customer queries, working closely with internal departments and third parties
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to grow and improve our service
