Business Manager
Recruiting on behalf of Risbridger Limited, a long-established, small, successful and friendly engineering company based at Redhill.
You will have already achieved an excellent career record working in senior sales management positions within the private manufacturing sector. You will be fully commercially aware and possess advanced people skills.
The need is for a pro-active, broad-based and versatile senior executive who will head up the Company’s marketing and sales activities whilst contributing substantially to the overall leadership, direction and development of the business and overseeing financial affairs.
Responsibilities as the Business Manager:
* Refining the Company’s routes to market and sales strategies/ administration routines
* Overseeing the development of improved financial controls and data for the management team
* Utilising the installed Sage 200 system.
Requirements as the Business Manager:
* Must be able to travel daily to Redhill
* Need to be fully computer literate
* Preferably have a good working knowledge of Sage 200
* The ability to be able to communicate well at all levels will be important.
