About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Professional to join our Key Accounts Team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for ensuring they receive the expected high level of customer service.

You will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Day-to-day experience of Excel is required, and you will need to work proactively to manage the resolution of all queries through investigation and liaison with other internal departments and third parties.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel
