About the Role

This Nursing Associate position is an opportunity to develop your skills in a General Practice setting, including assisting with the delivery of health promotion, phlebotomy, chronic disease management, immunisation, and vaccinations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Practice Nursing team in delivering excellent patient care.
  • Provide health promotion to patients.
  • Deliver chronic disease management under the supervision of the Nursing team.
  • Immunise patients (including childhood immunisations).
  • Perform cervical cytology and phlebotomy.

Requirements

  • Registered Nursing Associate and appropriately registered with the NMC.
  • Cervical Cytology qualification.
  • Childhood Vaccinations qualification.
  • Experience of working within General Practice.

Salary

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
