Care Delivery Specialist

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Care Delivery Specialist to play a key role in the continuous delivery of care to our service users.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team in Heywood, where you will be able to apply your communication and relationship-building skills to effectively manage rotas for your care teams, respond efficiently to any day-to-day changes, and act as the first point of contact for service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

As a Care Delivery Specialist, you will be aware that no two days are the same, so you will already be able to evidence your adaptability and aptitude to work well under pressure, using your initiative and thinking on your feet.

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, but at times, travel across the North West region will be required. Therefore, applicants must hold a Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.

You must also be committed to supporting the out of hours on call service, which is covered on a 1 in 8 rota basis across the team.
