Job Description


This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our gym environment. You will work closely with customers, developing programmes and using technology to enhance their experience.


Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Administering first aid as necessary and reporting incidents in line with procedures;
  • Carrying out general cleaning duties to agreed quality standards, including the use of manual and mechanical equipment;
  • Erecting, dismantling, and storing equipment safely and methodically;
  • Contributing to the performance of the facility, ensuring customer satisfaction and health and safety;
  • Supervising children's activities and parties, adhering to child protection policies and procedures;
  • Ensuring promotion and support of equal opportunities and health and safety;
  • Undertaking any other duties as directed by the supervisor, commensurate with grade and level of responsibility.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people;

  • Able to positively contribute to effective teamwork;
  • Able to organise and prioritise key duties;
  • Able to understand and interpret instructions;
  • Able to demonstrate a good level of general fitness;

  • Able to adapt to different work situations;
  • Knowledge of child protection and welfare issues;
  • Experience of working with customers and life guarding duties;
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer service.

Salary Range


The estimated salary range for this position is £23,151.48 (pro rata), plus benefits.
