Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled systems specialist with extensive experience in iTrent and payroll processing.

The successful candidate will support the People and Engagement Teams on projects aimed at driving efficiency and system utilization across HR, Payroll, and Talent.

In addition to their main role, the candidate will also support payroll processing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll functionality to system administration level
  • Maintain, review, and improve batch and workflow processes
  • Manage iTrent upgrades and review new functionality
  • Develop and implement absence schemes, including pay and entitlement tables
  • Streamline processes across the Group, ensuring consistency
  • Develop HR and Payroll user manuals for new and existing team members
  • Produce monthly management reports from iTrent
  • Collaborate with Finance on costing structures
  • Run end-to-end payroll functions
  • Handle payroll queries from staff
  • Administer benefits, including pensions, PMI, and cycle-to-work schemes
  • Issue P45s, P11ds, and P60s
